Herb and Cindy Soares are the founders of Central Coast Restoration Ministries. They are ordained through Shouts of Grace Church which is located on the Central Coast of California. They currently serve at Shouts of Grace as Department Heads over the counseling ministry.
For the past 12 years they have incorporated some of the RTF principles in their biblical counseling. Herb and Cindy have been married for 20 years. Blending their families together they have 5 children and 9 grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 15 years old.
Herb is a math major with a minor in computer science along with a degree in Biblical Counseling. Cindy has worked in the Information Technology field for over 15 years and also holds a degree in Biblical Counseling.
Their lives were greatly impacted in 1997 as a result of being able to go through RTF ministry. On completion of the ministry, they knew they were called to be a part of healing and restoration in the body of Christ. Because of overcoming much in their own lives, they are confident of God’s power to heal and to set free those who are in bondage. It is their desire to assist believers in fulfilling their God given destiny through wholeness.
Together, Herb and Cindy, communicate God's loving power to heal and His given authority to deliver as they minister as Restoring the Foundations Healing ministers.
