Shep and Sandy have been pastoring for over 20 years, both in denominations, and interdependent congregations in York, PA. They are under the covering of Apostolic Resource Ministries. They have experienced the healing Grace of the Loving Father in their own lives.

They currently pastor Faith Covenant Christian Fellowship. They are in the process of establishing Restoration Healing House of York to bring the integrated ministry of Restoring the Foundations ministry to hurting people. They have a heart for restoration of families and a healing of the body of Christ. Shep particularly has a heart to help pastors.
