Gail Perry received her Master of Science in Education degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX and her Master of Divinity degree from the Pacific Northwest Campus of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Vancouver, WA. Gail is a licensed and ordained minister who has used prayer counseling principles to minister to emotional needs since 1988, long before she found out about Restoring the Foundations.

Chuck Perry has served in pastoral ministry for 20 years, primarily in the areas of worship and discipleship.  His heart is to see people led into the Presence of God through worship and to mentor others as worship leaders. He also is a licensed and ordained minister.

Together, they bring God's loving touch to heal and His authority to deliver as they minister as a Restoring the Foundations Healing House team.
