Barry and Sandra have been ministering Restoring the Foundations since 1994. They are qualified Healing House Network ministers, trainers and seminar presenters. They have ministered RTF in the church setting and in the countries of England and Germany.

They are now full-time involved in Restoring the Foundations ministry and working with the Healing House Network.  In 2000 Barry released his position as Senior Pastor of Christian Life Church in York, PA, where he had served for 13 years.  Prior to entering full-time ministry, Barry had been a practicing Professional Civil Engineer, having graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in 1970.

Prior to entering ministry, Sandra had been a high school teacher having received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Shippensburg University in 1968. While involved in full-time ministry alongside her husband, she has earned a Masters in Biblical Studies from Christian International School of Theology and a Doctor of Divinity from Christian Leadership University.

The Falkenstines have a big heart for leadership in the Body of Christ.  They particularly enjoy working with the Lord to bring His healing and freedom to pastors, business people, and other Christian leaders using the Restoring the Foundations approach.
