Ray and Emily have been in leadership in local churches for 30+ years.  They are  currently serving New Life Christian Fellowship as Elders, teachers, and trainers, giving oversight to the RTF lay ministry program.  They travel throughout the USA and internationally to bring personal ministry and RTF training and qualifying to churches. 

They have been married 36 years, they are the parents of 7 children and grandparents to 9+.

They have a real heart for pastors and leaders.  Their passion is to  see Father God bring healing and freedom to the body of Christ.
