Tom and Pam Devitt are both seminary educated, ordained ministers with nearly thirty years pastoral experience before coming to Restoring the Foundations Ministry.  They served for four years as developers and managers of the Healing House Network UK, living in Bath, England and establishing RTF ministry throughout the United Kingdom.   The Healing House Network UK is now fully functioning under British leadership with ten teams in the UK and one in the Netherlands.  Tom and Pam have returned to the USA and make their home in San Antonio, Texas, however, they are available to 'travel the world' to where ever they are called.  They have a heart for the people of Eastern Europe and have ministered in Russia and the Ukraine and their hope is to return to Russia every year, bringing the transforming love of God through RTF ministry.
