John and Barbara Briggs have been in ministry for over thirty years. Both have earned baccalaureate degrees, including Bible College. Both are now working on Masters in Christian Counseling degrees.

Experience includes many years on the mission field, Bible College administration, Associate Pastoral Ministries in local churches, extensive ministry in education, evangelism, administration and counseling. They are ordained ministers with Christian International and Evangel Fellowship International.

John and Barbara have led Restoring the Foundations forms of ministry for many years, and have seen hundreds of people healed, set free and released into the freedom God has for them. In recent years, the majority of their ministry has taken them to Malaysia, Thailand, Poland and China. Ministry trips to establish Restoring the Foundations ministries in other nations has already been occurring, with future trips already scheduled to bring final qualification of RTF teams to the Healing House level.
